Horticulture (M.TECH) with Cum Laude AND MORE THAN 8 PUBLICATIONS in Agriculture sciences, from CPUT IN SA-CAPE TOWN; Sylvie is a senior Agronomist, Rural and Agricultural Development with specialization in demand driven, farmers-led and market oriented agricultural advisory services for improved agricultural productivity. With over 13 years experience Sylvie previously worked in Rwanda Investment and Export promotion Agency and Rwanda Development Board in charge of Export promotion and Products Development. She worked As Director of the Agriculture and Livestock chamber at the Private Sector Federation and previously as a senior Agronomist/program Coordinator of the Strategic Capacity Building Initiative at the Ministry of Agriculture and Animal resources.
